Being still stuck, I created a mindmap to brain vomit all of the information so I can see them all at the same time.
I then went to find existing solutions that are related to my topic
I realised that none of them talked about Plant Blindness and the objectification of plants. It then suddenly clicked as this is the main reason why plants are being commodified. They are being reduced to an object that helps serve us and our desires.
The main two reasons that people buy a plant according to the survey that I have researched was "for aesthetic reasons" or for "therapeutic" reasons, both showing how the plant is serving the owner and its desires.
Thus, there is a need to change this mindset but carefully as not to force it down people's throats.
