3.4 The Online Barrier

Since my survey has shown that there is a significant portion of plant owners go online to buy their plants. If a barrier is only implemented in physical stores, all of the customers can easily just switch to the online one.

Hence, there is a need to add one

barrier in the e-commerce space.
